Arthur J. Teichberg, Attorney at Law, P.C., was founded in 1959 by Arthur J. Teichberg, a graduate of New York University School of Law. Mr. Teichberg has been in practice for over 40 years.
Our main thrust is probate and drafting of wills, estate litigation and estate problems for our clients. Our practice includes a vast assortment of matters in estates and trusts.
In addition to being a practicing attorney, Mr. Teichberg is also a Certified Public Accountant, giving him an in-depth accounting background to add to his knowledge of law.
Many of our firm's clients are out-of-state businesses with interests in New York who require New York legal representation.
We also practice in commercial litigation in the construction industry, seeking to resolve disputes between contractors, subcontractors and property owners. This area of our practice includes a vast assortment of problems in construction, liens, lien foreclosure law suits, and law suits against sureties.
Concerning the settlement of debtor-creditor collections, our fee structure in certain situations offers billings based upon a percentage of collections made.
